IMPORTANT INFORMATION about the delivery of your USA SIM Card

When will you dispatch my USA SIM Card? Due to local USA SIM activation restrictions outside of our control your USA SIM Card may not be dispatched immediately to you. Your order is dispatched from NSW. If your activation date is less than 21 days from today we'll dispatch your order from NSW on the next business day. If your activation date is more than 21 days from today we'll dispatch your order from 21 days prior to your activation date (this applies even if you choose Express Post). If your activation date is more than 21 days from today and you need your SIM Card sent immediately (eg travelling elsewhere first) please see your order confirmation email for details about how to have your USA SIM Card dispatched immediately.

What are the shipping options? We use Australia Post, your order is dispatched from NSW and you can choose Express Post or Registered Post. Express Post gets delivered the next business day after dispatch and you can click here and check if your post code is in the "Express Post delivery postcodes" list (only WA post codes 6000-6005 and 6800-6899 are Express Post). Signature not required on delivery for Express Post (it will be left in your letterbox). Registered Post gets delivered 5-10 business days after dispatch (irrespective of where you live). Signature required on delivery for Registered Post (it will not be left in your letterbox or front porch if you’re not at home and will be only available for collection at the local post office).
